New in Lnki: per-domain settings, a webhook delivery log and a bigger Link Rotator

Custom domains get their own section, webhooks show what was delivered, and Link Rotator gains filters and a clearer workspace.

This update is mostly about the settings-side of the product: the places you visit once to set something up, and again when something needs checking.

Domains has its own section

Custom domains now live at Domains in the sidebar. The list shows every domain in the workspace, and each one opens its own settings page. There are two separate flows for adding one: Add Domain for a domain or subdomain you own, and a dedicated flow for creating a subdomain.

The add-domain screen shows what will happen before you commit: the domain is registered, you get the exact DNS record to copy, and the SSL certificate is issued once that record is verified. Branded short links covers how to choose the domain in the first place.

On paid plans, Quick Create and the QR code designer now include a domain picker, so you can choose the domain at the moment you create the link.

A delivery log for webhooks

Webhooks now has an in-page delivery log. Each delivery shows the event, the webhook it went to, its status and your server’s response, so when an integration goes quiet you can see whether Lnki sent the event and what your server answered. The log has its own address in the browser, which makes it easy to send a colleague straight to it.

Creating a webhook moved into the tabs bar, next to the All, Active, Paused and Failed tabs, and the page has proper loading states on phones and tablets. If you have not used webhooks yet, the webhooks tutorial starts from zero.

The Link Rotator page gained filters, a per-page selector and a layout that works on small screens. The side panel previews how a selected rotator splits its traffic, and the strategies are described on the page: round robin, weighted, random and sequential.

If you are wondering what a rotator is for, A/B test landing pages with one short link is the practical version.
