By accessing or using Lnki.io ("Lnki", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including free and paid accounts, API consumers, and team members invited to a workspace.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Lnki.io. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using Lnki on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Lnki.io provides URL shortening, link management, branded domains, analytics, QR codes, and related tools that help teams create, organize, and measure links.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of paid features.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at legal@lnki.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Lnki offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Plan limits, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

We may offer free trials of paid features. Trial eligibility, duration, and included features are determined at our discretion.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your account may automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method may be charged according to the plan selected.

You agree to use Lnki.io only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, illegal content, or material that infringes the rights of others.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Service, scrape data in violation of our API terms, or resell the Service without written permission.

API access is subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and documentation published at lnki.io/documentation. You must keep API keys confidential and rotate them if compromised.

Automated use of the API must comply with our fair use guidelines. We may throttle or suspend API access that degrades service quality for other customers.

Lnki.io, including its software, branding, documentation, and design, is owned by Lnki and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our platform or trademarks.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the destination URLs you shorten and the content users encounter after clicking your links.

We do not endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Analytics data is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that click counts, geographic data, or referrer information will be complete or error-free.

Use of UTM parameters, pixels, or third-party tracking on destination pages remains your responsibility.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Lnki.io, you consent to those practices.

You are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents from individuals whose data you collect through links or landing pages you manage.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as payment processors, analytics providers, or identity providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lnki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lnki and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your links, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
