Send the visitors of one short link to different pages depending on who they are.

  • Match by country, world region, state or province, city, device, operating system, browser, language, traffic source, day of week or time of day.
  • Rules run top to bottom and the first match wins; everyone else goes to the link's own destination.
  • Pause a link's rules, switch single rules off, and see the clicks each rule received.
  • Android tablets are now recognised as tablets, in targeting and in analytics.

Short links now handle the moments a plain redirect can't.

  • Give a link a backup URL: if its destination stops working, visitors are sent there automatically until it's back.
  • Password-protected links open a proper password page instead of an error.
  • Expired, archived and mistyped links show a clear page that says what happened.

One Edit dialog, from My Links, Home or Campaigns & UTM, now changes a link's destination, short link, title, folder, tags, expiry, password and backup URL. It warns you before changing an address that is already out in the world.

The API now works with short-lived access tokens instead of sending your API key on every request, and it covers more than links.

  • Exchange an API key for an access token that lasts one hour, with a refresh token to renew it.
  • Create and style QR codes, and import up to 500 links per request, through the API.
  • Every response carries rate-limit headers, and errors include a stable code.
  • Action needed: a raw API key is no longer accepted on data endpoints, so update existing integrations to request a token first.

Every new workspace now starts with a 14-day trial, and the owner is reminded from three days before it ends. When a trial finishes, existing short links and QR codes keep working; only creating new ones waits for a plan.

Four new pages complete the account basics.

  • Reset a forgotten password from a link that is valid for one hour.
  • Confirm your email address from the welcome email.
  • Unsubscribe from any email category straight from its footer.

Lnki.io now emails you about the things that matter: account and security changes, team activity, billing, and alerts from the notification bell. Choose instant, daily or weekly delivery per category, set quiet hours, and get a weekly summary of your top links.

Owners can hand a workspace to an admin from Settings › Team. Invitations also got their own accept page, so joining a team takes one click from the email.

Link or unlink Google and GitHub sign-in on an existing account from Settings › Profile. You get an email whenever a sign-in method is added or removed.

Exports from Settings › Data & Privacy are now built as a real archive of CSV and JSON files. You get an email when it is ready, and the download stays available for seven days.

Owners are emailed when the default card is due to expire this month or next, before a renewal can fail.

A new card dialog in Settings › Billing lets you add a card in place. Card details go straight to Stripe.

The new Campaigns & UTM page brings campaign tracking into one place.

  • A builder that creates one tagged short link per channel.
  • Campaigns with dates, colours and status, and reusable source and medium channels.
  • Reports by campaign, channel and UTM parameter.

Analytics has been rebuilt around five tabs: Overview, Traffic, Audience, Sources and Links.

  • Bots, link previews, prefetches and double-taps are filtered out and shown separately.
  • See languages, OS versions and in-app browsers such as Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • Get alerted when a destination breaks or a link's traffic spikes or drops.
  • Compare two to four links on one chart.

Paste URLs or upload a CSV or Excel file, confirm how the columns map, then review and fix rows before anything is created. Rows that cannot be imported keep their reason.

Links and QR codes can now carry several tags. Filter by any of them, or only by items that match all of them.

QR codes are now saved as a design, so you can reopen one in the builder and change its colours, pattern, logo or label. The code keeps pointing at the same short link.

New notifications and unread counts now arrive the moment they happen, without refreshing the page.

My Links, Folders, Domains and QR Codes load and page noticeably faster with thousands of items, and Home shows your recent links sooner.

Fixed a case where signing out and into a different account could keep showing the previous session. Dashboard pages now always send signed-out visitors to the login page.

The bell in the top bar collects what needs your attention: unverified domains, paused webhooks, failed payments, expiring links and finished imports. Items clear themselves once the problem is fixed.

Domains has moved to its own page with step-by-step flows for adding a domain or a subdomain.

  • Exact DNS records to copy, with automatic re-checks.
  • Per-domain defaults for short codes, QR style, UTMs and expiry.
  • A fallback URL for missing links and a redirect for the bare domain.

Invitation emails have a clearer layout and wording.

See every delivery attempt for a webhook, with its status, response code and duration, without leaving the Webhooks page.

Filter and search rotators by status, and pick a custom domain directly in Quick Create and when creating a QR code.

Settings, API Keys, Webhooks, Link Rotator, Folders and Custom Domains are now part of the new dashboard, with the same navigation and loading behaviour as Home and My Links.

Cleaner sign-in pages with Google and GitHub buttons, and a landing page that reads properly on phones.

Invite teammates into your workspace as a Viewer, Editor or Admin. Each role sees and changes only what it should.

A round of protective changes behind the scenes.

  • Sign-in, signup and password reset are rate limited.
  • The public API is rate limited and tells you when to retry.
  • Webhooks are only delivered to public HTTPS addresses.
  • Analytics visitor tokens are keyed with a server-side secret.

Tightened two redirect edge cases: a password-protected link can no longer be reached without its password, and a link whose back-half was changed no longer answers on the old one.

Folders has a new table layout with a preview panel and paging inside a folder. Deleting a folder that still has links is now possible, and the links are kept.

Dedicated pages for creating a link or a QR code, with a live preview as you type and every option in one place.

Label links with workspace tags, and manage everything from the new My Links and QR Codes pages with tabs for favourites and archived items.

A new Home page shows your recent links and lets you shorten a URL without leaving it.

Billing arrives in Settings: choose a plan, manage cards and download invoices, with payments handled by Stripe.

Five building blocks land together: split traffic across destinations, receive events at your endpoint, brand links with your own domain, manage links through the API and import them in bulk.

Design QR codes with your colours, patterns and logo, and organise links in folders.
